How to Be A Productive New Parent

How to Get Work Done When Feeling Overwhelmed

I am naturally quite a chaotic person. I'm generally an over-thinker, a rusher, and a worrier.  Because of this, unsurprisingly, I can get a bit overwhelmed with my work-load!  With lots of stress-induced experience, I have created some tactics that allow me to calm down and actually get work done - instead of just sitting, sweating, and worrying about it! Simple meals of complex carbs, veggies / fruit and a source of protein work best and allow for inf...

Don't get me wrong, our tendency to favour online interactions over face-to-face time with friends is definitely not a step in the right direction, but there are ways that we can use these incredibly powerful tools to our advantage. Read on to find out how to make your phone work for you! Step 1: Change Your Relationship With Your Phone If you have an iPhone, it's possible that, like me, you were shocked to find out how much time you spend scrolling when Apple launched its 'Screen Time' function. I currently spend an average of 3 hours on my phone every day, and when I look at the numbers it's hard to see what I actually get out of that. If you also feel like you are wasting time pointlessly moving from app to app every day, it could be time to take a step back and set some boundaries.  If you haven't already, start monitoring your usage with the 'Screen Time' fun...
